There may be some issues with scaling on this site

This is an ongoing project where I visit peoples' homes and photograph their basins. This project stems from my interest in how a shared amenity inhabits the most private space in the home, the bathroom. I believe basins can reflect a lot about who a person is and how they interact with the space around them. Through doing this project I hope to explore how we interact with the spaces and people around us.

I'm in the process of changing my approach to this project. Instead of going to take the images myself I want to create a body of work whereby individuals can upload their own images to this collection - due to the nature of this project I feel that keeping the participants anonymous would be best, as I would like the participants to be honest and I feel that by going and taking the photographs myself may affect the outcome.
